Joanna explains: 'I am inspired by the light & reflective qualities of the clay and by image or form repetition. I work with bone china clay mixed with paper and photographic transfer. Concentrating on such simple forms allows me to explore the qualities of the clay and of the image'.

Joanna has exhibited across the country including more recently at Society of Designer Craftsmen - Mall Gallery, Nick Allen - Battersea, Beatric Royal - Hampshire and One year On - Islington. Joanna studied applied arts at The State School of Art, Poland
