| Having
graduated from the Ruskin School of Fine Art, University of Oxford
Helen is currently studying a Ph. D in Fine Art at the University
of Wales. She has been involved in many exhibitions around the country,
including more recently at Artfutures, Contemporary Art Society, Gallery
54 and solo shows at Silk Top Hat Gallery, Ludlow.
Helen says of her work: "The repetitive action provides time
for reverie for both artist and viewer. I think when I sew. The
thoughts that go through a woman's mind when she is making, leave
no trace, but they survive through the values our mothers instilled
into us". |
