Ching-Wen graduated from De Montford University, Leicester with a B.A.(Hons) in Glass and Ceramics last summer. She had a successful first show case, following her degree show, at New Designers (London) from which she received several commissions. Ching last exhibited with us at the London Art Fair 2004, Islington.

Ching-Wen's free blown glass work is inspired by the works of Antonio Gaudi, Hundertwasser and Niki de Saint Phalle. They all share a love for fantasy, fairytale, European Literature and the Art Nouveau period all related to Ching's work. Ching-Wen says of her work: 'Taking various forms from architecture my work evolves from playing with and drawing architectural & natural elements and then combining them together to create my own fantasy forms without boundaries'.
